Professor Planinka Zafirovska performs echocardiographic examinations, including transthoracic echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography and stress echocardiography. Her clinical skills also include cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and exercise stress testing, also known as ergometry. She also performs Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries and lower limb arteries, as well as transcranial Doppler ultrasound. Her professional competencies include 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
