Clinical Assistant Dr. Sci. Med. Ivana Burazor is a specialist in internal medicine, subspecialist in cardiology, and is employed at the Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases Dedinje. As the top student at the Medical Faculty, she completed her specialization and subspecialization, followed by master’s and doctoral studies. She worked as a professional associate at the Medical Faculty in Niš in the subjects of biochemistry and internal medicine. Later, she served as a mentor and clinical assistant at the Medical Faculty in Belgrade and as a research associate in the Ministry of Education. She held the position of vice president of the cardiology section of the Serbian Medical Society until 2027. Doctor Burazor has received numerous awards and recognitions from the Serbian Medical Society, the University of Niš, the City Assembly, the Serbian Academy of Sciences, European congresses, and the Association of Inventors and Authors of Technical Improvements. She is fluent in English and Italian and has authored or co-authored over 300 papers.

Laboratory work on the subjects was independently conducted at Immunosciences Lab. (United States) from May to November 2004, with the generous assistance of Professor Vojdani from the University of California, Los Angeles.
