Professor Dr. Siniša Pavlović has been a cardiologist since 1986, dedicating his entire professional career to the application of Pacemaker therapy, its implementation, and the improvement of its application through work at the Pacemaker Center of the Clinical Center of Serbia. Since 2016, he has been a professor at the Department of Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.

Which pacemaker-related examinations and procedures does Professor Siniša Pavlović perform?

At Puls Cardiology Centre, Professor Siniša Pavlović performs a cardiology examination with an ECG for patients with an irregular or slow heart rhythm, palpitations, dizziness, loss of consciousness, fatigue, or an implanted pacemaker. A significant part of his work involves pacemaker checks, during which the function of the device and the battery status are assessed, and any necessary follow-up appointments or replacement procedures are planned.

Professor Pavlović also performs pacemaker implantation, pacemaker battery replacement and electrical cardioversion. Before each procedure, he assesses the patient’s condition and the available test results. Following the procedure, he determines an appropriate follow-up plan for monitoring heart function and the implanted device.
