Specific professional orientation:

A specialist in neurology with 17 years of specialized experience in both the public and private sectors, Dr. Manigoda received his education in neurology at leading domestic and foreign neurological institutions, such as the Clinic for Neurology at the Clinical Center of Serbia, the Clinic for Neurology at the Military Medical Academy, and the Clinic for Neurology at the Medical Faculty of the University of Heidelberg in Germany.

Dr. Manigoda’s areas of special expertise include headaches, multiple sclerosis, cerebrovascular diseases, and the application of ultrasound in neurology.

In addition to neurological examinations, doctor Miodrag Manigoda also performs Doppler ultrasound examinations of the carotid blood vessels and neck veins, transcranial Doppler (ultrasound examination of blood flow through the brain arteries), as well as highly sophisticated Doppler ultrasound methods of temporal arteries and transcranial ultrasonography of brain tissue (TCS), which are used in the diagnosis of certain headaches in older individuals and in patients suspected of having Parkinson’s disease.

As a neurologist, he has also been involved in clinical drug research.
